Welcome to our site. When you visit the BestCareMinistry.com website (“our site”) you’re visiting a site comprised of various web pages operated by Dan Hettinger and colleagues related to The Jakin Group Inc. dba Best Care Ministry. It is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Delivery Policy

Our content is available and delivered online, as stated elsewhere in this agreement, and/or in person through speaking engagements, webinars and Zoom type of meetings. In the rare occasion when material is delivered in hard copy, terms will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Unsubscribe/Cancellation/Refund Policy

While most of our materials are available on a donation basis, if you pay for a material or make a donation and you want to cancel or receive a refund, the request must be submitted in writing (an email suffices) within 30 days of the donation or purchase. Unsubscribe options are available on our email campaigns.

Our site may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites are not under the control of our site and our site is not responsible for the contents of or your use of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site.
